There's just a few things that you need fixing.
-Could you use a different picture? The one you have now isn't very close to his face and from the distance he's at, he looks less like Alexander Skarsgard and more like a 90s porn star.
-He wouldn't have started off as a youngling in Faelbane Tower. With his father being an Arcane Master, or just all around someone already skilled in magic, it would have fallen upon his family to teach him the basics. The younglings in the tower are those who don't have families or whose families have abandoned them.
-When Eric did start off at the tower, as a student, he would have been living in the tower night and day(same with his father, as an arcane master). They would have been able to go home during holidays. For Eric, it would be because they would need to keep an eye on him and his growing abilities. For his father, it would be because he's an arcane master and the majority of his time would go to training and being responsible for his apprentice as well as helping out around the school(night watches, disciplining troublemakers, etc.). Of course, Edward would have a bit more leniency with this, so he would be able to get away every now and again.
-Upon first discovering his magic, Eric would not have automatically been blessed with skills in Elemental magic. At first, his magic would be sporadic... random levitating objects, uncontrolled outbursts of power, random things catching on fire, things like that. It would be up to his parents to at the very least teach him to control his emotions, to gain a rudimentary level of control.
-Upon completion of his apprenticeship, Eric would not have been made an arcane master right away. There would have been at least a few years in between. During this time, he could have been a teacher. It's the easiest way to go from mage to arcane master, though it's not necessary.
-You also say "he currently only has one apprentice now." Arcane masters can only have one apprentice at a time to begin with, so...
-Last but not least, you have everything under the Abilities section in parenthesis....
