OOC RULES



-Treat all members and guests with respect.

-All members must have an OOC account. The display name for your OOC account should be whatever you want to be called on the forum, in all uppercase letters.

-Signitures should not exceed 500x300px.

-All icons should be 150x150px.

-Icons and signatures for character accounts must be of your character/playby. For OOC accounts, you can use whatever icons and signatures you like, so long as they don't contain inappropriate material and follow the size requirements.

-Playbys are required for all characters. All playbys must be RL playbys.

-You may claim your playbys at any time, so long as your application has been posted.

-All character display names should include a first, middle and last name in all uppercase letters.

-While we have no limit on the ammount of characters you can have, we ask that you keep each of your characters active.

-There is to be no posting of sexually explicit material.

-*RULE CHANGE(5/20/2013) Since our new character application system requires a character's biography to be in the member profile, inactive accounts will no longer be deleted. Instead, inactive accounts will be put into a "retired" member group after an activity check. When this happens, all of the character's posts and threads will be archived and their face claim will be removed. In the event that the player returns, he or she should contact staff in order to reinstate their character before reclaiming the playby. If the same playby is no longer available, they will need to choose another.

-RULE ADDED(5/20/2013) In accordance with the above rule, only completed and accepted character accounts will be sorted into the "retired" member group. Those that have not been completed after three weeks will be placed into an inactive member group. An email will be sent out to said member group before the accounts are deleted a week later.

-RULE ADDED(5/20/2013) Activity checks will be held the first day of every month. Members have a week to respond. Failure to respond will result in a member's characters being marked as inactive or retired.

-RULE ADDED(5/20/2013) If you're not going to be around for a while, please post a message saying so in the Goodbyes board and make sure that your RP partners know of your absence. If you have to, feel free to contact a staff member regarding your absence. Those who post an away message will not be affected by activity checks. The exception would be if someone said they would return in a week and, after a month or two, still had not returned. If you think you'll be gone longer than you originally intended, please contact staff.

IC RULES



-No godmodding.

-Unless you have discussed it with your RP partner beforehand, powerplaying is not allowed.

-All IC posts should be a minimum of one hundred words.

-Forsaken is rated PG-13. That being said, explicit scenes featuring sexual content are not allowed. You can build up to a scene, but before things get out of hand, we ask that you fade to black.

-No RPing in the shoutbox.
